Oldfields Treco has introduced a range of quality greenhouses to their already extensive collection of outdoor storage solutions. Rion greenhouses are well known for their solid design and sturdy craftsmanship. These attractive fully insulated greenhouses are efficiently designed to let the sunshine in and keep the cold weather out allowing you to grow plants year-round. One way this is accomplished is by using a frame made from structural UPVC. UPVC is a UV protected proven outdoor plastic.
Don't let the word plastic fool you though. These greenhouses are engineered for strength. They are built to withstand high winds, and the roof can hold loads of over 500kg evenly distributed making them stronger than many more expensive greenhouses with aluminum or wood frames.
The frame is also fully insulated to minimize heat loss unlike most aluminum and steel frames which are well known heat conductors. Rion Garden Houses are covered with an insulated 4mm polycarbonate panels which give the greenhouses superior heat retention and provide plants with an even diffused light which is optimal for growing.
All Rion Greenhouse Kits include a 7 year warranty.

TWIN WALL POLYCARBONATE Characteristics of:
Light Transmission: Greater light transmission compared with all other covering materials.
Diffused Light: Transmission haze is superior to single wall polycarbonate. It greatly reduces light being radiated directly onto plants and minimises shadows,
encouraging uniform growth.
Thermal Insulation: Superior thermal insulation with an R factor of 1.38. This reduces energy loss during winter 50% more than single wall polycarbonate.
SAFE, STURDY & DURABLE:
Polycarbonate is extremely strong, safe and will not shatter or break like glass. Combined with PVC profiles, the construction characteristics allow the structure to be wind
resistant and hold up to 500kg of snow.
